RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY
Once products are delivered to you and accepted as accurate and as per the original order, there is no refund possible.
At Brooks, our aim is to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers and with the same effort we have created best quality products for you.
Since the products are created with utmost care and keeping the customer in mind, we do not accept returns of the product once sold unless there is a manufacturing defect or a sizing issue.
In case there is a manufacturing defect with the product or the bought size does not fit, the customer needs to inform the customer service team within 3 business days of receiving the product. In both the cases, you shall get a coupon code equivalent of the amount paid by you while placing the order.
For manufacturing defects, the customer needs to click images of the defective product and send it to the team within 2 days of informing of the problem. Please ensure that the size of the email does not exceed above 2 MB. Once the team acknowledges and approves, reverse pick up of the product will be scheduled and the product will be picked up by our courier partner.
For sizing issue, the customer needs to notify the customer service team with 3 business days of receiving of the product.
The product should not be worn or hampered in any possible way. All tags, packaging material, product box should be intact and the product should be returned in the same box in which it was delivered. Please return your purchase in its original packaging with all the parts and freebies with your original receipt for a replacement. Please make sure that the product(s) are properly packed when you are returning it.
Once the product reaches our warehouse and our audit team is satisfied that the product is unused, a coupon code will be shared via email within 2 working days. The value of the coupon code will be as much as the amount paid while placing the order.
The above policy is applicable for all Brooks products except Sports Bras. There is no return or exchange policy applicable for Sports Bras.
If the customer needs to cancel the order before receiving the delivery, 2.5% shall be deducted from the total amount received from the customer and the rest shall be refunded.
